Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.

How to track

Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number into the carrier's website. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view order status from your account page.

Can't find your tracking details?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation or cannot locate your tracking number, please email us at support@arkwellshop.com with your order number and we will look it up for you right away.

Please note most orders arrive within 7 to 20 days. Tracking information can take a few days to update after your order ships.
