PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update.

DELAYS
Arkwell is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at michaelnguyen4152006@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
